Conditions of Sale

1.

Catalog descriptions are correct to the best of our ability, although not guaranteed to be accurate. Buyers should inspect lots before bidding. Each lot is sold as is.

2.

Payment may be made by cash, travelers check, business or personal check. Business or personal checks must be approved prior to the auctions by Automobilia Auctions LLC. Purchased items my be held by Automobilia Auctions LLC, until check clears. Arrangements will then be made to pick up or ship items at the buyers expense.

3.

All purchases will be subject to a 15% buyers premium.

4.

All sales are subject to 6.35% CT sales tax unless buyer provides a copy of their sales and use tax permit and registers it with Automobilia Auctions LLC.

5.

Absentee bids will be accepted in writing, by phone or FAX prior to the auctions. Successful bidders will be billed for their winning bids plus 15% buyers premium and shipping/handling costs. Absentee bid items shipped out of state are exempt from CT sales tax.

6.

Telephone bids on selected items will be accepted. Please inquire. Arrangements must be made prior to the auction.

7.

If the auctioneer determines that an opening bid is not commensurate with the potential value of an item offered, the bid may be rejected and the item withdrawn from the sale.

8.

In the event of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in deciding to reopen the bidding on the lot and at what level of bidding the lot shall be reopened.

Low and high estimates on each lot are shown in parentheses at the end of the lots description.
